Carolina Reyes is a CPA and holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from CUNY.  After working at various multi-national companies, she joined forces with her husband to form two companies and became the CEO/General Manager. 

The first business was a commercial cleaning services created in 2012.  She oversaw the company’s operations on a part-time basis while growing in her career in the financial services. Carolina left her career in finance in 2016 and joined the family business on a full-time basis.  This business grew to the point that was eventually sold to a Private Wealth Management company.

Then she founded a HVAC company where she oversaw the business development, financial operations and governance of the company.

Having run two successful small businesses and integrating best practices from her work in large organizations, Carolina is excited to use her knowledge and experience to help other small businesses to grow and thrive in an ever changing economic environment.
